This place suits me perfectly, offering wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me find my way, which I really appreciated. I recommend trying the in-room breakfast. I'm coming back for a Christmas...

Very good breakfast selection with yogurt, American german and scrambled eggs, reasonably priced. Exceptionally good rooms with a lovely view of the garden. Peaceful and great location in Via Zeviani at the crossroads, in the local area;)))...

Wonderful relaxing hotel, excellent location close to the airport and with pleasant views. A nice size and bright units and genuinely helpful staff at check-out.
Very small bathroom.

The room is dark and feels like a horror movie, I almost thought I was in a cheap motel, not a so-called 4-star hotel. They woudl ve been generous to offer a complimentary water in the mini bar instead of just 1. I was almost going to give a good review, but I just couldn't.

Spacious room and bed. Very complete breakfast . Parking facilities. Quiet area, ten minutes by car or bus from the centre.
Well received and good general treatment at the reception, bar and during breakfasts, except for one employee, who must be the "head" of administration, for the way she treated the reception and invoicing staff. Impossible to talk to her because of her high and grandiloquent tone which she always believes to be right. She disowned two employees and had to make a call to another one, on her day off, who agreed with us on a specific issue. With great bravado, he discredited them in a bad way and referred them to us when filing a complaint. That is why I am here to express our displeasure. The only thing you can correct in a hotel with a very good quality/price/situation ratio and good treatment by the rest of the staff. We will come back, when this "lady" is on vacation!!

The place was good standard, with its very attentive staff at check-out. The location was good, near the airport, in the residential area.

Decent stay with a few hiccups
So, I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveler and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The staff were super friendly and there were some nice snacks available at the bar. The underground parking was really convenient, but my room was kinda dusty and needed a deep clean. Felt a bit cramped with the super-size beds in a small room.

Proximity to Lidl and Aldi, Spacious room layout, Efficient taxi ordering system
The location is quite far from the center!!! The hotel desperately needs modern updates to its outdated decor!!! Cleaning inconsistencies and shower issues negatively impacted my stay!!!

Our trip was business so the hotel was functional for that purpouse. Parking access was comfortable too.
Over-priced wireless internet access (5.50€/hour)!! Very few toiletries. Poor breakfast buffet. There was no shuttle bus service to Vicenza Fair.

Would be happy to recommend for a weekend outing
Spacious room, comfortable beds, and convenient breakfast hours made our stay enjoyable, while the staff's fluency in English and 24-hour reception added to our ease of access .
Could not be improved in any way.
